30 Day Challenge Day 18 -13 to go At the cottage

1030am  coffee with splash of cream

11am  5 black olives

1130am  cup of blueberries and 10 walnuts

noon  30 min swim in Lake Muskoka

1230pm  10 min workout  -max burpees with pushups video

1pm 6k run

2pm  cup and half of kamut pasta with olives and feta cheese, olive oil and balsamic

4pm 45min kayak tour around lake

6pm  green salad with olive oil and lemon, 2 vegan burgers, made with almonds

glass of wine

2 beers

4 litres of water with zija throughout day

It was literally 100 degrees most of the day. One of the hottest days this summer without a doubt! It was too hot too eat, but was in the mood to workout so overall it was a very active day, regardless of the temp!
