6am litre of water with zija smart mix
noon 1hr hot yoga , litre of water with zija smart mix. After yoga had a Whole foods, peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie mmmmmm!
3pm mixed greens with olive oil, lemon juice and handful of walnuts
6pm free range turkey sausage with green salad, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
8pm cup of detox tea/Zija
3.5 litres of water throughout day
