Sunday -

11am  1.15 hrs hot yoga  one litre of water with Zija smart mix

1230pm  espresso over ice ( Starbucks)

130pm  carrot, beeet, apple, and ginger juiced

3pm one cup of cherries

4pm 10 almonds

530pm 5k run and stretch

730pm  green salad with feta chees, olives, olive oil and balsamci vinegar.  Glass of white wine

1030pm  3ozs of aloe vera juice

3 litres of water throughout day
