30 Day Challenge Day 28 -4 left

Monday  -

730am  chocolate Sun Warrior shake with  almond milk, 3 banana slices aloe vera juice and coconut oil

10am 1.15 hr hot yoga…note to self never have a shake before a yoga class again!!!  One litre of water

2pm  Arugla salad and wine spritzer at The Pump…Lunch invites to celebrate my BD have appartently begun :)  Also had a bit of artichoke dip, not the best choice, I admit

4pm  litre of water with Zija Smart mix

10pm green salad with feta and 4 olives, olive oil and balsamic
