Tuesday -

10am 1.15 hot yoga  1 litre of water with Zija smart mix

1130 double shot of express on ice (Starbucks)

1pm Lunch at  Panera…another early birthday celebration lunch!  broccolie suup and half a grilled veggie sandwich

4pm  chocolate sun warrior protein shake with almond milk, 2 banana slices, aloe vera and coconut oil

7pm med bowl of homemade turkey chili, small slice of french bread

3 litres of water throughout day
