Wednesday -

930am 1.15 hours of hot yoga. Litre of  water with Zija smart mix

1145am  goji berries small handful, and 3 chocolate covered caoco beans

12pm  Lunch at Fork and Spoon, another pre-birthday lunch!  veggie tempura, coconut rice, veggie sushi rolls, glass of pinot

4pm Chocolate protein shake with almond milk, with aloe vera

515pm double shot of espresso over ice (Starbucks)

915pm 1 hour of hot yoga, litre of water

11pm small green salad with feta cheese, 4 black olives , olive oil and balsamic
