30 Day Challenge Day 5 -26

11am  Quiona with fresh lemon, blueberries and strawberries

cup of coffee with cream

30 min swim in the lake

2pm  veggie burger from Webbers

3pm  double shot of espresso on ice (Starbucks)

6pm  cup of blueberries

8pm Raw protein shake with 1/4 cup aloe vera and coconut oil 2 tablespoons. Made with 1/2 cup almond milk

cup of green tea

 

This morning was a late and lazy one….much enjoyed!! Got up late, lounged on the dock for a couple of hours after a 30 mins swim. Drove back from the cottage today, visited my parents with my son. Sorta of a travel day, and not much of a schedule. Tomorrow is another day!
