930am  double shot of espresso on ice

1hr walk

11am double shot of espresso

noon  black bean rollup left over from last nites dinner

2pm  cucumber and hummus

4pm  vegan sun warrior shake with almond mild, 2 frozen banana pcs. Added aloe vera juice, coconut oil and flax, chia, broccoli sprouts

Workout – 10 front lunge, 10 pushups, 10 back lunge, 10 TPlank – AMRAP in 10 mins. –Video

945pm  3ozs free range turkey and salad greens with splash of olive oil and balsamic, salt and pepper

4 litres of water throughout day
