Wednesday, July 18th - 30 Day Challenge Day 1 Intro

830am double shot of espresso on ice

Walked 1 hr

1030am – Warrior Blend Raw protein shake (chocolate) with 2 slices of banana and almond milk – 1/4 cup aloe vera, 1.5 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of BioLive flax, broccoli and chia sprouts

noon – mixed greens with cold pressed olive oil, balsamic vinegar , sea salt and fresh ground peper

3pm  2 free range organic eggs with pepper

4pm  double shot of espresso on ice

Workout Day 1 30 Day Challenge

5pm  Ziga Smart mix in 1 litre of water

830pm  Romaine lettuce with olive oil and vinegar, salt/pepper

9pm  Juiced apple, ginger and carrot juice 5 ozs

3 litres of water throughout the day
