6am lite of water with Zija smart mix
715am chocolate sun warrior protein shake with almond milk, aloevera, coconut oil and teaspoon of almond butter, 2 slices of banana
10am 1.15 hot yoga, litre of water
1pm lunch wtih a gf at local watering hole and 2 beer. Veggie pizza….it’s my bd after all!
10pm glass of white wine with small pc of chocolate cake!
3 litres of water throughout the day
