This is a quick intense workout to do just before hopping into the shower before a holiday event.  Increase your metabolism to help deal with the

food and drinks you will partake in! Merry Christmas!

10 Burpies
10 Pushups
10 Jump Squat
20 Cross mountain climbers
Complete 5 rounds fast as possible or as many rounds as you have time for before jumping into the shower

Advanced workout -
50 Burpies
50 Pushups
50 Jump Squat
100 Cross mountain climbers
Complete one round fast as possible
