Bootcamp Training is a 6 week outdoor COED training program designed to get you in the best shape of your life!
This program will help you with early preparation for Warrior Dash 2012 in Barrie if you are registered
You do not have to be in great shape to start this program nor do you need to be a Warrior Dash Warrior
Having a Warrior Attitude is of great benefit!
Be prepared to run hills, thru the forest, and over tires
Obstacles to challenge and strengthen your upper body and core
Think you are a Warrior now? You will be Rocky Balboa machine-like after 6 weeks…Bring it!
